Liu Bolin
(Shandong, China – 1973)
Now lives and works in Beijing, China.
Bolin is a performer artist, activist and protester, internationally known for his photographs of himself hidden in his landscapes, which earned him the nickname «the invisible man».
Exhibiting in museums and galleries around the world, his most popular works are Hiding in the City, a photographic series that began as a performance in 2005.
